I stayed here with my niece for a couple days and we both loved the property. Great location, right off of a neighborhood, but secluded and quiet. Close to downtown Knoxville and UT - every place we went seemed to be about a 15 minute drive. The host was wonderful, she was so quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Each evening we enjoyed the outdoor patio with the fire pit, such a great atmosphere and gathering space. We even saw a couple of turkeys walk through the property on our last day here! I had the pleasure of staying at the tiny house while in Knoxville working on a business project. It was the perfect out-of-the-way location to work in peace and quiet, while still having the convenience of being close to town. Shannon is a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions I had. I really enjoyed being able to enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning before I started my workday. The tiny house everything that you will need to enjoy your time in Knoxville. Perhaps you will be as fortunate as I was to see a couple of wild turkeys roaming around in the morning.
