If you do not have a car, you will need to use Uber to get around as the nearest Metro station is a 20 minute walk away. It is quiet, except for the car repair businesses across the street. « The Saint Lofts is in a great location, and the apartment itself is a nice size with a good layout. However, this unit shows clear signs of heavy use and could really benefit from more thorough maintenance and greater attention to detail. Some chairs are wobbly, and near the end of their lifespan, several light bulbs were burnt out, and there were noticeable cosmetic issues, such as chipped furniture, cigarette burns on the floors and furniture, and white paint splatters from touch-up work. « L'appartement est très bien placé, très agréable et très fonctionnel. La terrasse est un vrai plus (à chaque fois que nous avons pris nos repas à l'appartement, nous avons profité avec bonheur de cette terrasse). Réjean est un hôte exceptionnel, très à l'écoute, qui nous a donné tous les bons plans de son quartier et qui a toujours répondu très rapidement à toutes nos demandes. »
