"The pool area was nice however there were never two chairs open together. We had a lovely patio area and hung out there. The bathroom could definitely use an upgrade. The dispensers didn’t work. The tub felt slippery. There was a coffee maker with tiny pods. A small fridge and no microwave. Food was ok. I never return food. My eggs could’ve been cooked another minute. We ordered breakfast sandwiches one morning and he said, let me know if they’re too burnt and I’ll make you another. After waiting 20 min we were not sending them back and we ate them. But, we really should’ve sent them back. Wait staff and was great! "

"Had a decent place to lay your head and bed was comfortable. Some updating could be done. Pool was crystal clear. Wish the coffee service in main lobby was opened for early travelers. We left at 5am for a 7:30 flight and coffee wasn’t opened till 7:00 am. Staff was very helpful. Elevator needs some updating and cleaning. I would go stay again. "

"First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago. Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service. The customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly at the front desk. In contrast, the best service was provided in the cafeteria by Mr. Raul Sanchez, who was exceptionally kind and professional. It is unfortunate that individuals like him are not in leadership positions within the hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant and only offers breakfast in the morning. There are no options available even to purchase basic items such as bottled water. The rooms are in unacceptable condition—unclean and poorly maintained. For example, the hairdryer was visibly dirty, with accumulated hair residue, which is completely unacceptable given the way the hotel is advertised on Expedia. Furthermore, the two blonde front desk staff members demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and ethical conduct. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the treatment received and would not recommend this hotel. "

"We stayed the weekend of Tortuga Music Festival, so the place was packed. However, I must say that the staff handled it perfectly. We felt well taken care of and welcomed. The attention was great - professional and kind. We want to thank all the staff for making it an amazing weekend, specially Jenna who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Overall, great experience."

"Guy at front desk 4/13 in the evening was rude, short conversation, acted like the people he spoke with was dumb and wouldn't answer our questions fully. Shower paint was coming off so the floor was rough and the shower itself leaked and didn't fully switch from bath running water to shower, so pressure was off. gym was nice, pool was fine as well. room cleanliness was average"

"The outside is out dated but our kitchenette was amazing! The staff was so attentive and nice! We didn't need housekeeping but as far as more towels etc.... they were on it! Would recommend this hotel and we will be back!"
