The property felt spacious, everything was clean, and I appreciated that staff called in the mornings to check if I needed anything. I am from the Caribbean and have stayed in many hotels, and although most hotels in Wisconsin Dells are not truly luxurious, this one stood out to me for being comfortable, spacious, accessible, and offering very good customer service. I would definitely return. One small suggestion would be to consider larger towels at the pool, as they felt quite small."
