Find hotels near Circus World Museum, Baraboo from CA $73

"Noone at desk upon arrival. Struggled to find a parking spot, get help at the desk(waited over 10 minutes) saw a sign to use the phone. Finally staff arrived and said the phone didn’t work anyway. ATM didnt work. Confusing layout (odd room on one side but then an even number ?) Not well lit hallways. Carpet in room clean but hair in bathroom and very musty. Beds very clean and comfortable. Second day, Sunday to Monday, room key cards didn’t work. Semi in parking lot revving engine over an hour at 3:30 a.m.!!!! Breakfast area clean, not restocked often so eggs ran out. Highlight was excellent bartender and service at connected restaurant. Would not recommend or book again. Will be in town again but will use different hotel."

"This our second time staying at this property. It is a great jump off point for the Dells and Baraboo is a great town. The property itself is great and our kids and pups all had a fun time at the house. Love the rec room and the big yard."

"The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where she was because she was basically screaming for what felt like over an hour until thankfully it started raining and she went away. It was unpleasant to say the least. Everything was so filthy that I just kept washing my hands constantly and counting down the days until I'd be checking out. When that day came some guy that looked like he was homeless knocked on my door an hour before check out and started saying something about leaving early (it was 10 am) as I brought my luggage to the car. When I went to drop off the keys, it wasn't a lock box, it was a tray on the desk so I flung the keys under the window so they'd be on the floor in the locked office. Glad I did, the homeless looking guy who I'm not even sure worked there ran to the office as soon as I walked out to retrieve the keys. I was worried someone would trash the room after I left and I'd be charged for it. Find a different place! No ID was asked for at check-in, no ice machine & the other guests are there 24/7."

"Great location, close to hiking at Devils Lake state park. House is cozy, nice for a family get together/ hanging around a large dining room table. Kitchen is small. Sleeps 8 (2 people per bedroom) not 10 as the listing states."
