My parents and I had a great stay at the Madison Concourse. It's a luxurious feeling hotel with friendly and helpful staff, and is in a great location for walking to the Capitol, to great restaurants, and to the Overture Center for the Arts (and to many other places). We plan to return to Madison soon and will certainly make Madison Concourse our hotel of choice.
Great place to take mom for Mother's Day! We got her a lake-view room on the first floor and she loved it. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Walking out on the dock to watch the sun set over the lake was top-notch. Not cheap, but well worth the price.

We came to attend our son's UW graduation. The hotel was festively decorated all weekend, putting us in the spirit from the start. The staff was attentive and cheerful. Our room was kept quite clean for us, despite a family of five's coming and going. I'd return to this hotel!

comfortable room, good service at the desk. The room next door was a little noisy. Staff offered us another room, but we declined. (Hassel) Staff went to the room in question, explained that there had been a complaint. He also offered them an empty room to continue their celebration...not move, just have a different space. They opted to quiet down, and did. We could hear that conversation, and were impressed.
