This is a nice clean and modern hotel in a nice neighborhood. Good restaurants, the Capitol, and various retail shops are within 15 minutes walking. Easy parking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you always to Tamika!
Staff was quite friendly, room was incredibly comfortable and the location can't be beat. I would stay here again. Negatives include the room being pretty dusty and the AC unit was incredibly loud and prevented a perfect sleep.
Located across the street from the U of Wisconsin football stadium. HotelRed has an ultra modern décor. Rooms are large. The décor is concrete, concrete walls, finished concrete floors, chrome, clean lines, grey and red color palate. The doors are sliding barn doors to the inner rooms. The bathroom shower has a multi- head faucet with great water pressure.
If you like modern, clean lines, HotelRed is your pick. You will be disappointed if you like warm wood décor, pastel plate, carpeting and warm and fuzzy.
I stayed at the Graduate during World Dairy Expo 2015. The hotel decor is quirky and fun. It was clean, room was comfortable, they had a shuttle to the Expo! Just steps from State Street with fun restaurants and bars. The food in the cafe was fantastic- great breakfast options. Well worth a look. Staff was friendly and helpful, they even let us borrow an umbrella when we had to run out in the rain.
