"Some parts were great and others not so much. Great things: outdoor pool, but no umbrellas or shade. I did ask the last day and they found one umbrella! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Checking in was great. The area for us was absolutely perfect. Breakfast: same choices everyday Room: filthy carpet! No bars in the shower/tub made it hard to get in & out. Our toilet seat was broken and slid every time you sat down. All in all it was a wonderful getaway. Our favorite restaurants are there, we met some great people, not loaded with kids, tried several new things. We went to Baraboo & Reedsburg. Great weather overall, but we did have a tornado warning,"

"Staff was excellent and fixed our issues right away. The sofa bed fitted sheet was dirty as well as the extra blankets in the drawer for the sofa bed but they gave us new ones right away. There were some crumbs in the hallway stairway the two days we were there, we didn't tell anyone but I would think vacuuming in the area would take of it quickly. The restaurant Mikes Italian was delicious and generous servings, yikes!!! Overall the building is definitely in need of updating as all older hotels but it was a good stay"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and had some variety of food. I liked the fact that they had both soft and firm pillows. I LOVED the hot tub. The rooms were clean. We had a chair and foot rest in the room as well. The hotel offers a shuttle to downtown so you don't have to drive and pay for parking. I did have some issues. I thought the beds were a bit hard for me. The bed in the room was a challenge for my mom to get into due to a hip and knee issues. I suggest if you are traveling with someone with similar issues to bring a small one step ladder to help them get in their bed. The toilet in the room was also a bit lower than we are used to but they did have a handicap bar close enoug to help with getting up."

"Nice property, close to food and shopping. Front desk not staffed all the time, so bit of delay getting checked in, and could not find my reservation, seems computers were not getting synced with hotels.com data correctly. But they got me in a room anyway and sorted it out later. Rooms are good sized, though most are 2nd floor. All the ground level rooms appeared to be long term occupants living there? Not sure. Nice pool if you like that sort of thing, washer dryer right be office."

"My husband and I stayed with Club Wyndham for the first time at the Wilderness Glacier Canyon Lodge. Our four night stay was nothing but pure bliss, and we definitely plan on coming back! After check-in we were told about some of the benefits Wyndham timeshares had to offer and were asked if we would like to attend their tour, but we were not interested at the time to which they had no problem with and told us to enjoy our stay! The Wilderness resort brings back much nostalgia because I used to visit there all the time with my family as a child. Now, my husband and I want to continue the tradition with our family. This place has everything the whole family could want on a vacation. From the waterparks to the arcades to food, they have it all. We have already made so many great memories there, and we highly recommend going! Just remember they do get very busy during peak season, so if you’re looking for a more laid back version of the Wilderness, we recommend going during their off-season! Also, be sure to check out the downtown (our favorite restaurant is the Dell Bar) as well as Devil’s Lake State Park!"
