We are conveniently located 2 blocks East from the main North entrance to the most diversified and unique state park in Wis. There is something for everyone to do. Nature abounds at every corner from old growth forests and stunning rock outcrops to beautiful clear water with rock reflections at every glance. We are within walking distance to hiking trails, rock climbing, swimming, fishing and boating with 2 great restaurants only 2 blocks away. Bird watching is outstanding due to the diverse landscape. Scuba diving is fantastic and fishing fun for all with many species including trout, walleye, bass, northern and of course every bodies favorite pan fish. Devils Lake prohibits gas motors making the lake always peaceful. We have 3 down hill ski, tubing, snow boarding hills in the area and the closest one is 7.6 miles away. We have horse shoe pits and yard games include volley ball and bean bag toss. Our home has been a great location for family reunions with guests from around the world. Our 5 queen size beds offer a great nights sleep with cool breezes coming in the windows off the hills behind the house, or if you prefer enjoy the central air. Our big screen TV's in the great room and basement rec. room are satellite dish ready with DVD players and we have free WiFi for your internet needs. Our home is perfect for several family's since we have 2 bedrooms and one bathroom up stairs plus 2 bedrooms and one bathroom down stairs. The master suite has its own TV/DVD and the master bath has a jetted tub. Walk out the master bedroom onto a sun porch or if you prefer use the screen porch off the dinning room. For those of you with difficulty getting around I want to point out that all of the main features of our home are located on the main floor which requires only 4 steps front door or back door to get into our home and there are railings on all steps. Devil's Lake Lodge is located next to Devil's Lake State Park and minutes from Cascade Mountain Ski Area, Devil's Head Resort, Downtown Baraboo and the Waterpark Mecca of Wisconsin Dells. If instead of camping, RVing or glamping, you'd rather stay in a cabin or log home type setting for your trip or visit to nature and Wisconsin's great outdoors, Devils Lake Lodge allows you proximity and convenience. We offer year round accommodations for long weekends, vacations, getaways and holidays. Stay for summer trips, fall wine tastings, hiking, biking and running. Winter activities near the lodge include downhill skiing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, tubing and more. Cabin beautifully decorated for the holidays with a well-stocked kitchen and nice gas fireplace. Had plenty of space to spread out between two families. The house was very very clean and very adequate for what we needed. The large table was great as we played a lot of cards. They had an assortment of games and puzzles to use, if you wanted to. We were a quick drive to the north entrance of Devil's Lake and close to Tumbled Rock Brewery (we walked but with the lack of sidewalks, I wouldn't recommend it for small children). Enough bedrooms for sleeping and enough baths for us all to share. Great well stocked kitchen. Lovely deck, porch and screen porch to enjoy cool but sunny autumn stay. Close to Baraboo winery and the Antique and Craft malls. Loved Tumbled rock brewery restaurant and Devils Lake park hiking is about 1 mile from the home. Secure electronic key lock. Very clean and well maintained. Only critiques are I prefer a soft mattress so beds too firm for my liking and Wi-Fi and cell phone connections not strong. ##### Sally K. So cozy and perfect for a group staying 2 nights. Plenty of space to spread out. Awesome location located at entrance of Devil's Lake (for summer especially) and right by Tumbled Rock Brewery. Very close to grocery store and fast food if needed. We were about 20 minutes from Cascade so easy drive there and back. Great property for cozy winter stay or summer (backyard is big and great screened in porch). Only item to ask for is to have sidewalks salted before guests arrive and have salt there we could put out during stay (very icy when arriving and leaving). Would definitely recommend! ##### Brian M.
