"The quaint-Texas elegant farm house with its comfortable furnishings and historical artwork was perfect and priced right. The private treed site and fire-pit rock and forest back yard more than offset the older style of the house. What topped it all was the walk through the orchard to the stunning private riverside setting where we spent hours in seclusion and beauty. The host delivered warm muffins and even had plenty of coffee and other necessaries all in position. We will be coming back."

"I would highly recommend this hotel. We were in town for a sports tournament. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Downtown Austin is not far either. The hotel was clean and stuff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is good and the free cookies and popcorn were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again. "
