« I booked from July 1 to 5. I was able to get an extra day off so decided to go down a day early. No issues. When it came time to “check out” of my first room they told me numerous times that housekeeping would be doing our room as soon as it was available knowing we were there. « Love the accessibility to the pool bar from the beach. The rooms were very nice, great garden view. The $25 a day food allowance was not explained to us and so paid for breakfast then was told after we paid we could have charged it to our room and it would have been covered. So the second day we didn’t even bother with breakfast so that was pretty annoying. »

« Been dealing with being charged $1,000 for a room I didn’t stay in plus the one I did. The person that occupied the actual room also paid so they’ve made double now on that room. It’s been over a week and it’s very frustrating when they have to make sure they made a mistake before they’ll refund the money. I’ve shown my receipts and the other person has too.
