All good, some lacking in kitchen. No electric can opener also kitchen cabinets in total disarray Patio/ balcony needs cleaning. I understand it is the end of the summer and get messed up toward the end with a lot of use. Would be great to have a lounge chair or 2 on the patio/ balcony Thanks

Great place to stay in Destin/Fort Walton Beach area.

This place was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. The place had three large bedrooms that easily housed the six adults that were on the trip. The hot tub was awesome. The pool and lazy river were great as well. The location is a short walk to the beach. It took about 5 minutes to get there. The beach was really clean and not overcrowded. You are able to access the beach via a private walk way which is really nice. The place is centrally located for dining options in Destin as well as Fort Walton beach. Will definitely stay here again if we are looking for something in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area.

Wonderful vacation home!

Our family had a phenomenal time and couldn’t say enough good things about this condo! The location is perfect. Access to both beach and bay are so fun! All the amenities were there. We loved our time in the hot tub and such close Access to pools! Couldn’t recommend more!!

Best condo in the best beach resort

We’ve been staying at Destin west since 2015. We keep trying different condos to see which one we like. This one is by far our new favorite. Already booked for next year! Clean, huge, sleeps 10, and the decor is so beachy and elegant. Checkin was a breeze! Plenty of towels and the working hot tub was fabulous! Zero complaints. Highly recommend this condo as well as Coastal Vibe vacations.

Great location and comfy bed

This property was overall very nice, had what we needed for our trip to Florida! The location was wonderful, just a small walk to the boardwalk and beach. It was also a stones throw to the pool and lazy river. It could use some cleaning around the patio doors, bathroom ceiling and garbage disposal. The Maintenance staff were very nice and prompt. You do have to wear a band when in the pool or beach or the band police will get you! Overall a wonderful time experience!

An amazing condo

Our stay was awesome. The condo was very oclean and spacious for a family of 4 plus 2 adults. A minor repair needed to be done & the online form to request maintenance was so easy to use & it was repaired within an hour of my request. Can’t get any better than that. I’m The condo was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again on future family trips.

Ahhhh-awesome!

This very nice, spacious 3 bedroom condo is perfect for the whole family. The master bedroom and the guest room have king size beds, and to my surprise, the bunk beds even appear to be queen size which certainly can accommodate adults if needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and just steps away from the relaxing 700 foot lazy river. The beach is within walking distance and I would recommend renting an umbrella on the beach because it is much easier than hauling a cart and tent down to the beach. The beach and weather was perfectly, custom-made by God.

Spring break

We had an excellent experience and would stay at this condo again! It was well stocked with all the family needs and beach supplies, got tub was clean and hot upon arrival, rooms and beds comfortable... beautifully decorated and perfect location for our family of 7! We were especially happy for the quick and easy replacement for the kitchen sink faucet that leaked a little into our stay...the owners had a new one installed quickly the next day and were very easy to work with via email and check-in and check-out. Thank you!

Great Property and Space

We absolutely loved this place - it was super clean and steps away from the Lazy River. We grilled outside on our bottom deck and was just a short walk from the beach! Will def stay again! The Nettles! :-)))
