"The view of the beach and pool was amazing! The hotel was clean and breakfast was sooo good. I recommend the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and we added bacon...biscuit was so soft😋. The only thing we didn't like was that there wasn't an iron. We highly recommend!"

"This place gives off timeshare vibes, get an affordable nightly rate, they nickel and dime you for every single thing, coffee is like a regular amenity at hotels right? Not this one, the only coffee available in the hotel is at their restaurant where there staff is very busy and you have to ask them to get you one if you want to bring it back to your room in the morning. The pool they advertise is FREEZING cold, there is a heated pool that is small and overcrowded (like an rv park type pool), two elevators in our building-one of which was broken down the entire time we were there, 6 floors of people-small elevator. They have a third party company put out chairs all over the beach front, they charge a TON for using them (and it blocks the view from every one else👎One available restaurant on the outdoor premises (sizzle and smash) was not even open on the day we wanted to try it out but was suppose to be from 11-5, nope. The rooms feel extremely moist…? Like wet, we had cookies in our room that got soggy after a day. Yes it’s on the beach. They have tons of very expensive drinks, sure, not much is regulated. This is not a kid/family friendly place, that’s all I have to say, pretty disappointing. All staff except the front desk is nice but probably not paid enough. Front desk does not answer phone calls and appear annoyed with any questions. The guy who check us in was very nice and there were a few that were nice but majority of the time this was the case. "

"Beach view was amazing! Staff were great and helpful! Room was clean & beds were comfortable! Shower could of had better water pressure but that is my only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel had everything there on site. The pizza in the restaurant was very tasty! I liked having an indoor and an outdoor pool and the ping pong table in the pool room. They also had outdoor jenga and connect four for the kids to play. There is beach access on site as well so we didn't need to leave much. Would definitely come back and stay here again!"

"So welcoming. We flew in early (got to the Waterscape around noon) and even though check in time was 4pm they allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk area and gave us our wristbands so that we could enjoy the amenities while we waited. We loved staying there. Kids said they had the best time."

"Perfect location! Having a room right on the lazy river was ideal for my kids. The walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was quick and uncomplicated, and having beach service was the best part of the trip! The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable time. "
