« very nice accommodations but very confusing layout. seemed we walked thru the garage a lot. wasn’t able to use all the amenities like the pool area, mistly closed off due to construction. the shower was sooo big - seemed like alot of wasted space that could’ve fit a soaker tub, also towel rack very far from bathing area. The beach shuttle to the most beautiful beach was our highlite. think might make good location for girls weekend with shopping in the village area although it did get a little...

« The room was dirty and the water pressure for a shower was almost nonexistent. I had meds in the room and after the room was cleaned the one med was gone. I told the lady at the front desk and she said she would check into it, but I never heard back from her. Never staying here again! »

« The hotel was nice...Cons were: bfast didnt have proteins other than pork, patio door lock was loose, water takes a while to get hot in the morning. PROs: Wonderful inviting staff, room was very clean, sheets smelled really fresh, outside sitting area was really nice, nice size TV, most rooms have a patio, and walking distance from harborview walk »

« This hotel was perfect. I have a restricted diet so I loved the full kitchen in the room. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and just right for vacation. I enjoyed the heated pool because the weather was a little cool. The waterfall in the jacuzzi was a bit aggressive. You have to either sit behind the waterfall or to the far left of the waterfall, but you cannot sit on the right side, or you will get splattered in the face with jacuzzi water. »

« Hôtel bien placé mais pas au top au niveau accueil, propreté et petit déjeuner. L’accueil n’est pas des plus chaud mais ça allait quand même. Foule au niveau du petit déjeuner avec une file d’attente pour avoir des gaufres ou une table déplus de 20 mnLa personne du petit déjeuner est très énergique mais à 8h59 elle accélère encore pour tout arrêter même s’il y encore la queue. La propreté générale est moyenne. Manque d’entretien global. »

« I liked the room, the bed was very nice I had a very good sleep! When we open the room door my husband saw a cockroach and without I see he killed and told me just after check out. Breakfast is very simple, staff friendly and nice location. »
