Stayed here for one night. Room and bathroom were very clean. The pool was also very clean, with a beautiful view of the bay. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Overall definitely much cleaner and overall a better experience than most typical “motels”. Would stay again.

Easy check in and out. Pool was nice, but needs skimmed throughout the days we stayed. Tiki bar was fun and right next door. Plus got picked up at dock right there for Crab island excursion. Basic hotel, but would stay again for a short trip

we didn’t get any towels at all the first night, room smelled absolutely horrid but it was very clean and the staff were so sweet. so just bring your own towels & room air freshener spray and you’ll be alright!

This was my second stay at Seabreeze. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite as good as my first visit. The property could use a little more maintenance and attention to cleanliness. Also, the music from a nearby place was very loud and continued until late at night. I still enjoyed my stay and love the location, but I hope they address these things because Seabreeze has a lot of potential.

We booked this hotel on short notice. Although we arrived several hours early, we paid a $50 early check-in fee, which was acceptable given our need to shower and prepare for the day. The hotel offers basic amenities, including comfortable beds and a clean restroom—suitable for overnight stays. We primarily used the room at night and enjoyed the pool, which was well-maintained. Overall, our experience was positive, and we would consider booking this hotel again.

What a beautiful and peaceful place for a summer vacation! The hotel is cozy, and very clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Very clean and well decorated. It had everything that we needed. It was nice having the laundry room and detergent available on property. We had no noise issues at all. It is in an industrial area and a couple of miles from the beach, but it was never an issue. We enjoyed our stay and the price was affordable.

Room was just what we needed. I loved that this place is water front with the pool over looking the water. The restaurant to the right and the bar to the left of the hotel was an added bonus. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. This was a pleasant surprise since most hotels do not provide daily room service anymore. The one thing we really did not like was their laundry facilities. There were 2 washers and dryers but only 1 washer said it was working but it could not handle a full load. They definitely need to update their laundry facilities.

We were very late coming in, it was close to 12:30am when we checked in and the guy at the front desk was great! Our room was very clean and the a/c worked good. The bed was comfortable and we were very pleased with our stay. We just stayed one night, but for the price, you can’t beat it!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this property the pool was clean and it there is a decent view of the water since it’s right next to a Marina and Party boat rental spot. It sits between a bar and a restaurant. This property has a tight parking lot and the a/c in my unit wasn’t the coldest but I didn’t complain. It’s a 9-15 minute drive to the Beach from this Motel.

Rooms were clean, they were stuffy smelling but weren’t bad to where the air quality was compromised. The front office smelled wonderful so you would think the rooms smelled just as nice. Outside trash bins were full the whole weekend. The cleaning staff barely gave you time to get to the door before opening the room for towels. Overall not a bad experience. Parking was crowded by big pickup trucks. It was 4th of July weekend.
