"This is a lovely place - a true bit of heaven for us and our pets. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, and we will be going back again and again."

The main elevator was out of order - apparently had been out for 2 months prior to my arrival. All guests and staff had to use the service elevator which took much longer.

Staff were very friendly - Beth at the front desk, and Stephanie and Misty on housekeeping, were outstanding. Room was clean. Door from outside near room back into main lodge was terrible to deal with. Breakfast was great. Restaurant was good for dinner.
