Chalets à Prichard

« Clean room, staff was nice! Plus it’s not super expensive for a room! We will be staying here again in the future! »

« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »

« The bar tender was lazy and did not know how to make drinks. They don’t even have a ESPN subscription at the bar to watch the local College football and basketball games. »

« Pros: staff and dog friendly Cons: not clean, not kept up, bathroom door broken, toilet rocked, shower looked dirty, bathroom sink cracked, AC barely worked, sat something in front of door because it didn't feel secure, infested with stink bugs and had spiders »

« Hosts thought of everything you could possibly need. Loved your canvas photos, beautiful! Would stay again for sure. »

« The house was great with a beautiful pond! We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. »

« Sejour pro de 3 jours. Hotel confort, spacieux, propre et plus moderne que la moyenne. Excellente localisation pour sortir manger ou boire un verre. Un tres bon pued a terre pour decouvrir la West Virginia ! »

« Excellent stay. Especially for this reasonable price point. I’ve stayed at higher priced hotels that had less friendly service. Not only was the staff very helpful at this Best Western was so clean, quiet, great shower pressure and shower head. I would definitely stay here again. »

« No door latch security. Ligt switch upon entry not turn anything on. Had to go to bed light - in the dark using cell phone light. No face clothes though plenty of towels. Room and bathroom clean. »

« The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...

« This was my 3rd year in a row. I love staying here!!! »

« While the property is in need of a facelift, the mattress was very comfortable! The bedding in our room was yellowed and didn’t smell clean. I called the front desk to get new pillowcases, but was told the office was locked. 🤔The towels were very thin but clean. The breakfast area was nice and food was ok! The motel is next to a busy train track with trains running all night. I must say at least the price was good! »
