« We were very happy staying here. From the welcoming we received, to the time we left two days later, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again if we ever make it back that way. The bed was really comfortable, the internet fast, the coffee great, the fridge/freezer worked fantastic and the extra little touches made it a happy stay. « The night staff lady on the walker was not helpful or friendly she was more worried about getting outside to smoke cigarettes than help the guests very rude and unattentive but the rest of the staff made up for her horrible customer service »

« The fire alarm went off @ 1:30AM. There was no communication from management & some of the guests on my floor discovered there actually was a fire in a trash can in the outside smoking area ( which left a dark suite mark on the building and melted a 5-6 ft section of the soffit. The fire truck was not called and there was now communication from management about remunerating guests (e.g. by a discount on a night's stay in the future, etc) It was scary and quite disappointing. »

« Inspite of that We checked in late, they did not clean our bedroom upon arrival, there were hairs all over the bathroom sink, dirty toilet seat, brown-looking stained sheets and the carpet was visibly not vaccumed , it was a very disappointing experience. We called front desk for a refund but they gave us another room upstairs that was more decent . »

« Good location for access to downtown Huntington. This hotel is trying to be posh but can’t quite het there. Staff was friendly. »

« The owners are absolutely horrible we have stayed there alot and habe always cleaned our room took trash out etc well the owners and housekeeping will banf on your doornat 11:10 yelling and demanding you to open the door making an absolute scene for no reason we signed up.for a late check out but they apparently denied us and we also told we had a dog and the girl asked if we wanted the same room we said yes she out us in different room which wasnt for pets they also keep every deposit »

« Everything was fine except for the coffee, both in the room and at breakfast. Good coffee goes a long way to ensure a pleasant stay. And their coffee is barely drinkable. »

« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »

« you have to check in before 10pm or they will cancel your reservation. It doesn’t say this on the site when booking. Also, there isn’t a phone number to call for the front desk to get ahold of anyone at the motel. The number sends you to a call center not located on site. »
