"I would definitely add better signage for access to the roof top bar. Very confusing to find! In addition, the alternative baggage storage in the makeshift room was a bit off putting. I understand they had some good measures setup, but I did feel uneasy having my stuff in that storage room for 2 hours. It was definitely not its intended purpose to be a storage room, meaning there is probably no security cameras in that room. I trust the staff to be honest, but it is something to make note of if you’re coming before your check in or 3. "

"My stay was great. I would suggest little help cards for people who struggle maneuvering crowded or busy places. It would take the service up even more. For example: Helpful tips to enjoy your stay. List the closest metro train station at 7th Suggest times they are better for the breakfast buffet and the heavier traffic times List closest ATM (I didn’t get to give cash to the young lady who cleaned my room on Wednesday 6.17.25. "We loved our stay! We were able to easily walk to the hotel from Penn Station, and from the hotel to Times Square and Hamilton at Richard Roger’s Theatre. Subway was directly beside the hotel, and there were several great restaurants in close proximity. The hotel is nearly 100 years old, so the wear on the facility was expected. Loved the art deco feel though!! "
