Steam shower, 6 ft soaking tub with rain faucet shower head. Travertine marble bathroom and vanity with dual sinks. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 6 burner stove adorn this chef's kitchen. Upper and lower level living areas include reclining sectional sofas, wall mounted large screen TV's with surround sound an and electric fireplace \*\*NEW - We recently purchased a 65 inch smart TV for our downstairs den\*\* Sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. 2 upstairs bedrooms each with queen bed. Lower level master bedroom with king bed, and living area that sleeps an additional 2 guests. 2 outdoor decks with a view of the Minerals Golf Course. Enjoy Mountain Creek Water Park or a round of golf at one of the several award winning courses. This place has it all! COVID and Minerals Resort: Minerals resort is a luxury hotel that is a half mile from our condo. Prior to the pandemic, they allowed day pass purchasing for day visitors. Due to covid, they have changed the way their resort operates and will not be allowing guest passes or visitors during this time, only hotel guests may use their facility now. The small great gorge community pool is not available either, only for residents now due to covid. This is a very uncertain time for travel, so we suggest reaching out to the activities you'd like to engage in (like spas, waterpark, mountain biking etc) ahead of travel prior to booking and setting up back up plans for activities that can be done in this phase. For amazing outdoor activities we suggest checking out some of our incredible lakes and national parks in the area. We have a few gorgeous lakes such as wawayanda, high point, and highland lakes. Wawayanda and high point have swimming areas (contact for covid updates) and Greenwood lake is also beautiful. Both Wawayanda and Greenwood lake have kayak rentals (contact them for latest updates). We also are near the appalachian trail, beautiful farms like pennings, and Dingman Falls - a stunning waterfall - is roughly a half hour away. In our community we have a golf course. HUGE Weekly discounts and savings, please inquire for bigger discounts on longer stays! Our Condo is a TOP PICK for WEDDINGS (We frequently host the family of the bride/groom for Minerals, Grand Cascades, Mountain Top and Ballyowen Weddings). Our wedding party guests find the condo to be warm, luxurious, spacious, clean, with tons of amenities to make a wedding weekend with family as special as possible. Since our unit has a ground floor entrance, and not many steps to the first floor - it's great pick for those with elderly relatives (It is not a wheelchair accessible). We also have a carpeted regular staircase (as opposed to a spiral staircase - which many of the other great gorge units have). First time we ever had a bad experience with a rental. The host never responded to our messages , or concerns. The condo was not as described. The washer machine was broken, the coffee pot should have been replaced, it was so dirty, scaly with hard water stains. The condo was clean, but there were bottle caps under the sofa from the prior visitors and a very bad odor in the upstairs living room. Maybe the old sofas, I bought febreeze and covered them with sheets while we were there. Pots and pans should have been replaced. We where left an old moldy scrub daddy sponge to wash dishes, The nonstick pans were flaking. The temperature was 55 degrees one night, and just so cold the nights we slept there we had to go to sleep with our sweaters and socks. We didnt sleep there everyday plus we left early, I spent so much time searching for a good laundry mat it was ridiculous. I arrived at 1:30 and the cleaning crew was still there. I was in the area attending a fund raiser and because of this I was late for my event. I had messaged him twice in the morning to confirm everything and he never responded. The carbon monoxide detector was also beeping constantly in the queen bedroom upstairs so we couldn’t use that room and I had to sleep on the couch ##### Jennifer B. Several bulbs were out and we couldn’t use them. The washer and dryer did not work. The start button on the washer was pushed in so far it just simply wouldn’t work. Also, it is a pet friendly condo (we did not have any pets) but the smell of cat and dog urine was very strong. It also didn’t have any garbage bags like it stated in the welcome book. The facilities were great along with location. This could really be a great condo with a little more care. Overall, we still had a really good stay, but it wasn’t exactly as stated on the website. ##### Victoria B. There was an un-made bed, dirty and damp towels on floor of both bathrooms, hair and dirt in bathroom sink, etc. Clearly there was no cleaning done before our stay. To make matters worse both contacting the host via VRBO messaging AND the "on site" manager via text with photos and messages has led to still not a single response so far. Yes it was the weekend and yes it has only been 1 day since our stay and check out was this morning but the lack of communication also is a negative. We booked to hike the Appalachian Trail, which worked out well, due to the proximity to the condo. Comfortable beds. Lighting was poor, with at least 6 bulbs either missing or burnt out. Host was asked to supply new bulbs but never did during our stay. Stairway railing was not attached fully to the wall, creating safety risk. No dial on baseboard heat control, which was supposed to be turned off each time we left the unit. Mediocre review for a condo that needs refreshing. ##### karen d. Light in downstairs bathroom broken , tv in upstairs bedroom didn’t work, button on dishwasher broken had to read manual to figure out how to uses it, water is not hot for showers, . This house has a great set up and with some more attention and care could be a gem. ##### Joe k. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Sharon C. 20 janv. 2025 #### Misleading and disappointed When we first arrived we had difficulty checking in, the owners did not notify the management office that we would be staying the weekend and then did not answer when they called to verify, it took many calls and about an hour of frustration to get in. Once we did get in the condo was 50 degrees and freezing. CO/smoke detectors were beeping due to low batteries, only half the fixtures in the entire condo had lights bulbs or functioned, the front door light did not work so there were no exterior lights for safety, electrical outlets sticking out of walls, washer was riddled with mold and the start button was broken, the dryer had no knob to choose a setting, only one roll of toilet paper for the two bathrooms on separate floors, kitchen sink sprayer didn’t work, WiFi was very spotty, no sleeper couches in lower level as stated in the booking, and no garbage bags The photos online look beautiful and are extremely misleading. ##### Sharon C. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and sleep. We used the kitchen a lot and for the most part it was well equipped. We could have used more things like larger bowls to mix things or for chips. The downstairs bathroom shower could also use a curtain so that the water doesn’t get everywhere. The condo was easy to find and check in. The owner reached out to make sure we were good which was nice. Overall our family was happy with the unit ##### Jessica R.
