"Beds were absolutely horrible, extra plush, you can feel body indentations in the mattresses. Pillows were trash!! Rooms were very clean though, Soo appreciated. Room 214 bathroom door only opened half way."

"My room had a gross smell when I walked in. The smell was not coming from the hall or outside. I had to air out the room. The area is noisy and it was hard to sleep. I left a night early so I could sleep in my own bed. "

"The breakfast was decent, but I chose this hotel because it presents itself as family-friendly and it lacked some basic things.**There were no high chairs for babies in the breakfast area, even though many families were staying there and all the babies had to sit on their parents’ laps. Also, I didn’t agree with the extra parking fee. In a place like Santa Cruz where parking is limited, it feels unnecessary to charge guests for parking when the hotel already has its own spaces. It would make more sense to include it in the room rate."
