"Liked that hotel was within walking distance from Santa Cruz Boardwalk and free parking at hotel. Clean room & plenty of storage space in bathroom for our stuff. Manager nice & helpful & made popcorn for us. Wish there was extra blanket bc got a little cold sleeping and chair to sit in. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you"

"Weds a good update of the property. Security gates on the property were all broken and taped so homeless individuals were sleeping inside the property gates at night. Great view however from the sun deck and they gave us blankets for sit with our fire pit at night."

"This property is beautifully landscaped with very nice, clean rooms. It offers a free breakfast with many choices. If you have mobility issues, be aware there is no elevator and the breakfast room is on the second floor. It is not extremely close to the wharf or boardwalk, so plan to drive or Uber there unless you’re an avid walker. Staff was very friendly & responsive."
