Le premier souci est que le fameux quartier Georgetown dont se revendique l'hotel est a 2 kilomètres. Il ne s'agit pas d'une méprise prise car l'hotel affiche des personnes comme s'il elles sortaient de l'hotel dans une petite rue de Georgestown. Ensuite le système de chauffage est extrêmement bruyant, ce qui n'est pas normal dans un hotel de cette catégorie. De plus, toutes les chambres qui donnent sur la cours arrière profitent du ronronnement incessant des systèmes de filtration et autres de l'hotel. Le tout est infernal. Enfin, pour avoir picorer au restaurant nous avons vu un service de 20% inclus et forcé sur la note. Aux usa le service n'est pas inclus et est libre. Pour autant, après la ligne du total, on nous propose sur l'addition de laissé un tips. Si vous n'etes pas attentif vous pouvez donc regler 2 fois 20% de service. Ces gens ne sont pas honnêtes." I told him not to come and he still came into the room as soon as I left for a while. There is no safe in the room. The shower takes ages to warm up and only produces a meager trickle. The bath is disabled. There are unpleasant notices left everywhere about the shower, the entrance door, the noise (as the insulation is very poor both between rooms and with the street), the kitchen, the cleaning… as if keeping up the place is the guests’ responsibility! One of the absolute worst hotels or accommodations of the many I have been to over the years. So bad it should be dropped from Expedia!"
