Fantastic Property - Perfect Stay

This property is perfect for my family as the teens can walk to all the various sights and restaurants. Ubers are plentiful and the restaurants are very family friendly and fun talking to staff.

Great Capitol Hill Location for Walkers

We are two grandmas who love to walk and this apartment was the perfect base for DC exploration. It was also clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Eric is a great host who was helpful with our planning and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.

You really can’t find a better location with access to all the main DC attractions. And we found the memory foam beds super comfortable.

Perfect place to stay.

If you’re in DC this is a great place to stay. I don’t know how six people could stay but 5 fit fine and the location is great. Safe area, close to everything in the city and has historic value itself. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to explore the capitol.

This is a great place to base your exploration of DC. Close enough to walk, bus, or metro to eveything in the city. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The addition of the washer/dryer was a lifesaver. The only negative we found was the low water pressure in the shower (but overall not a vig deal at all).

Great home in an amazing neighborhood! So close to the capital but we felt like locals and not tourists! Found great places to eat and walk. Wish I could have stayed closer !

Great Property for DC Visit!

My teenage daughter and I were able to stay here and used the proximity to Union Station to travel by metro to see all the sites without a car. Nice property and neighborhood!

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family, traveling with kids. We really appreciated the easy street parking and it was so easy to get to all the museums and monuments by bus or walking. Playground right across the street, pack n play included, kid-friendly restaurant recommendations. The place was clean. Owners were extremely responsive when we had questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to union station. All amenities worked beautifully. Beds were comfortable and property was clean. Make sure you watch steps leading to property door, very easy to trip and fall due to poor lighting if arriving in the dark. Overall would highly recommend for friends and families.

Perfect location - lovely flat

If you’re looking for a place with all the access and still some privacy/relaxation, this spot is perfect. We toured DC easily on foot and via the bike rentals. Both methods were super easy; the bikes were just faster and more fun (esp for our kids). The property manager was on top of every question we had. And their recommendations for breakfast spots and places to explore in the neighborhood were fabulous. I’d stay here again on my next visit!

Great little apartment

This house was very clean and comfortable and easily within walking distance to a lot of the main attractions around Washington. The master bed was enormous(California king??) We had 2 teenage boys with us, 1 slept in the second bedroom and 1 on the couch with no complaints. There are also some good local bars and coffee shops within 3 blocks. If we decide to visit again in the future I would definitely consider staying here again

Great location and great amenities

Loved the location and the supplies in the apartment (kitchen supplies, towels, extra bedding). I was pleasantly surprised to see a washer & dryer- I just wish it was in the listing so we would've known to bring fewer clothes. The beds were also very high compared to the photo, and we're short so it was a struggle to climb up into bed. My kids also had trouble getting into bed until they figured out how to climb the frame. I would still give this rental 5 stars easily. Also we would happily go back again and recommend it to others!

We loved our stay in DC

We stayed in 2 od the owner's apartments for our DC trip due to a maintenance issue. It involved us having to move during our trip but it really wasn't inconvenient at all. We were so grateful that Eric was able to handle the very last minute and unexpected situation so easily and both of the apartments worked out well for us. The Capitol Hill neighborhood had everything we needed and is so convenient to many of the popular places to visit in the city. We also took advantage of the parking pass and didn't have any issues finding a parking space during our stay.

Highly Recommended

We were 3 sisters and 1 daughter ranging in age from 54 to 79. Our stay at 607B was memorable. Accommodations were lovely. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. Our evenings were spent outside on the front patio or the backyard sitting are and in the cozy sitting area inside. Everything was clean and in working order. The owner was very responsive and checked on us to see if we needed anything. This historic apartment was perfect for our stay in DC. We have recommended it to other relatives. The location was wonderful. We arrived at Union Station and walked to the apartment through a lovely, historic area of DC. We spent each day walking - to the Supreme Court, Capitol, White House, war memorials, Lincoln Memorial, Library of Congress. Georgetown was a quick ride from the apartment and the Riverfront area was intriguing and the water taxi a must. We look forward to staying here again when we return to DC.
