The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The den has a twin sleeper sofa. Guests have access to Netflix, Pluto TV. Listen to your favorite music through the blue tooth speakers in each room. The Apartment is close to H St where you will find multiple restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. Union Market- a gourmet food hall- is about 5 minutes away. Gorgeous kitchen and bathrooms, pretty furnishings, comfortable beds!! cool artwork and well-kept on the outside. Host was friendly, accessible, and helpful. Safe enclosed parking for our car. The location is a little rough around the edges - we saw police a couple times - but also near several excellent restaurants, including one Food & Wine recently put on its Top 20 U.S. restaurants list. Just a couple miles from the U.S. Capitol. Neighbors were friendly - everyone said hello when we saw them outside and being from Boston (where that doesn't necessarily happen) that was noticeable and welcomed. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downfall to this property was the location. It is not in the best part of town which made me anxious. The house is exactly as advertised. We did not have a car and were able to get to all the museums and monuments via public transportation.
