Lodges in Washington County

Mike was incredible as he went way above the call of duty . His attention to everything was incredible . Only have good things to say about the Emory House

One of the best overall hotels I have stayed at in awhile. Exceptionally clean, good breakfast, friendly staff, safe. Everything you want

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and good value for the money. Easy access into Abingdon. It would be nice if the hotel chain was able to offer more gluten free options.

Good sized room. Beds were okay. Clean good Hiway access. We stayed two nights and did the Virginia Creeper trail

For the price I paid, this hotel is excellent. Jai, who was the concierge, as well as other staff were very helpful with information and friendly. The cleaning staff had to clean the room right at 11 am. Overall was a great stay.

Excellent hotel

The hotel has great architecture and the staff is super friendly. It’s clean overall, but my main issue is that the facilities are pretty outdated. I stayed in a room right by the elevator that’s separated by a wooden wall, and it was really noisy. The air conditioner wasn’t working either; I couldn’t control the temperature from the panel in my room and had to ask the front desk to adjust it. Even after they made changes, the temperature still didn’t budge.
