Location is good, ample parking and the rooms are clean.

We thought Tim, the owner was great! All contact with staff was efficient and helpful. There is a large community space that we enjoyed. The breakfast was not what we loved. The private space was large and the separate tub and shower with double sinks was great. The room was bright. It is a bit of a work in progress but in the end it worked very well.

The whole development needs major renovations from roof to siding sidewalks uneven doors very well used. The actual unit inside was ok but needs a renovation water stains on ceiling.

No AC in the room, and there was a very poor-quality stand fan. Honestly, this was the first time I have had such an experience in Canada. There was also no phone in the room. I tried calling the front desk a couple of times from my cell phone, but no one answered, so there was essentially no service available at all. There was a power outage that lasted for a couple of hours. The pool was closed during the outage, but it was not reopened when the power was restored. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a hotel.
