« Personnel super aimable, service A1. La chambre présentait plusieurs taches de moisissure dans les bas de murs ainsi que la fenêtre de la salle de bain + rideau de douche. Le tapis de la chambre était très sale (on voit que les contour de murs ne sont pas lavé ni les dessous de lit. Nos bas étaient noirs. L’air climatisé et le réfrigérateur étaient fonctionnels. Les lits étaient propres et confortables. La pression de l’eau de la douche était bonne comparativement aux autres commentaires....

« We were told it would be a non-smoking room, and booked our trip. When we got in the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke inside the room, which we thought would dissipate. After three hours, the smell got worse, and there was a heavy smell of marijuana around, probably from someone in another room. Also, there was a lot of pet hair on the bed. My wife was pregnant so she was physically nauseous due to the smells and we had to leave. Management promised us a refund, but later the story changed and...

« No fitted sheets for pull out bed- only top sheet provided!? 3 guests, 4 towels; Pool towels would have been a nice amenity in the room. It didn't occur to me to bring my own from own. Also, lobby coffee area opened ~ 20 minutes late Sunday morning. While things happen with staff, the women running around to open could have been more friendly to those waiting. »

« It was a decent hotel for a short family stay. It's a 8 minutes drive to Mountain Creek water park, which was the purpose of our stay. Amenities are pretty basic. »
