"The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences."

"Amazing home. More stunning than pictures. Lots of places to gather as a group or have solitude. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Neighborhood quiet and walkable. Enjoyed outdoor dining on deck, quiet porch swing mornings, happy hour toasting in the sunroom, playing the grand piano, and cozing up in the living room for a movie. 5 adult family members gathering for graduation from a graduate program at Midwestern University.. Highly recommend!"

"This was a great place to stay for a short visit to Wheaton. It is very convenient to Wheaton College and downtown. Beds are comfortable and house is clean and well maintained. We appreciated the extra touches, like snacks and water bottles in the kitchen and fresh flowers on the table. Be aware that the staircases are narrow."

"It was a lovely house very cute. Had a lot of character loves how much space we got plenty of rooms for our whole family. Beautiful neighborhood very well kept property so charming little downtown walkable right next to the Frank Lloyd Wright Museum. But more importantly for us, it was close to family. This was a wonderful location to see all of our family in Chicago. We will definitely be staying here again. And there was a cute family of bunnies that kept popping up every night that we see in...

"Our group came for a girls trip in the windy city and had a great stay. There are 2 bathrooms and a den and living room area. Both were great for chit-chatting and hanging out and while watching tv -- when we weren't touring the city. Everything you could need was accounted for including dishes, iron and ironing board, pots and pans and a Smart TV with streaming access. I also liked the easy access to the house via code. The beds were super soft and the home is brightly lit with modern decor....
