One of the bedrooms is downstairs with its own living space (with TV) and bathroom. This was a perfect “apartment” for our adult son to stay in. We had two of our kids involved with a rick concert at the Allstate Arena. So we picked this listing due to its closeness to the arena. It worked out perfectly! Family met here before the show and easily transported to and from the arena. The house was just right for our group. Freaked us out!! The property representative said they had a complaint from the previous guests so they called an exterminator and found squirrels. These were not squirrels, I would say they were a family of possums or raccoons by the loud thumping, scratching and screeching sounds they were making; kept my family up most of the night!! Thank goodness we only stayed over night because this would have been a miserable place to stay for vacation. It also smelled like pee which they tried to cover up with automatic air fresher sprayers. I think this was due to the animals living in the attic, I don't think this was newly discovered and unknown to the owners of the property.
