« We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. »
« Our room was so cute, and our family loved the delicious hot breakfast! The pool was also perfect for families as it isn't too deep, and the location was so great for anyone wanting to go to the zoo. Overall we would definitely return! »

« We were visiting the University of Washington. This was a great hotel not far from campus, but also close to everything you’d want to do in Seattle and the surrounding area. »
« awesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you don’t feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. »
« I stayed in a room with the bathroom down the hall. During my 3 day stay there no one else was in the bathroom while I was using it so it felt like my own large bathroom! The loft on the 4th floor provided a kitchen with full size frog and all the needed kitchen items, much better than what is available at a motel! »
« Overall, we had a lovely stay. Check-in was a little rough since the only booking number we were provided didn’t work with the online check-in website. I would recommend trying the check-in link early, and be prepared to receive check-in information slightly after 3pm. Would stay here again! »

« It’s a house with private rooms and private bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again, Seattle is very expensive and this location with free street parking (easy to find, even right outside the place) was a great price deal. Thank you Vince for getting in touch and making sure everything was ok. Only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room was too noisy. The place is very clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to great bars and restaurants. »
« My daughter and I enjoyed staying here very much. This is a unique, well maintained, historic home. Local restaurants and food market are near by, within walking distance. Communication was very easy with the owner. »
« The place is very nice to stay. It is very clean and convenient. You got a cute bedroom with bathroom, and you can spend time in the community space.
The building is well located, with the bus station right on the street that can brings you in a few minutes at the space needle or around the city.
On top of that, communication is perfect. Vince answered very quickly and nicely ro my questions.

« A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed »

"Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet hôtel bien situé pour visiter Seattle ( arrêt du bus n 5) à proximité. La chambre était grande, confortable. Peut- être qu’une rénovation serait tout de même à envisager. Bon rapport qualité prix pour Seattle."
