« Lovely pub, friendly staff. We only stayed 1 night but the rooms were very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was cooked beautifully and really tasty. We would have had diner there but unfortunately it was the Christmas market on within Tarvin that evening so no food was served other than a stall outside. Free parking for people staying in the pub. Within a 15 min drive into Chester - Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. An enjoyable if not brief visit. »

« Our room water was too hot, but thankfully owner respond quick and allowed us to move to another room. Their shampoo etc is tiny so bring your own. Kitchen is shared but at the time of our visit there were only my husby and i so its a plus. »

« So this is a wierd property to rate. It is a no thrills almost air b n b with an awesome location and kick ass bar. Staff was awesome and super informative about Liverpool. If your looking for a place to crash and catch lfc book it, but if you are looking for a super nice hotel with features go somewhere else. Would definitely go back. »

"My stay in Moxy Chester was ok. I was unfortunately located on 1st floor right above the gym. The gym often puts reaallly loud music from 8am (sometimes as early as 6:30am) and I could hear the music beats resonating in my room as a background noise. It was at times very annoying when I was still trying to sleep. I would definitely request another room if I come back here.The other thing that I don't understand wih Moxy is that it tends to be a corporate hotel but they don't have proper chairs in the rooms. I don't understand the strategy of the hotel in that regards. If you have to work on your computer, it's very uncomfortable to sit on this stool for hours. In general, hotels suck at having "a normal table with a normal chair at the normal height", which I never understood. Other than that, I had a good time in Chester. The rest of the room was great. The staff was friendly."

Beau spa (£20 pour y accéder pendant 2 heures), il faut bien réserver avant d’arriver, car il y a très peu de places "
