A gem of a place to stay. We stayed in the suite for a week and it was very comfortable complete with a Smart TV. All the staff were very friendly and would do all they could to make your stay comfortable. Great hotel. Food was very nice. The only let down was no toilet paper, carpet needed a good hoover by the door. But other than that the room was spacious and modern and beds were comfy. Had the best sleep on any pull out bed. As daughter always gets the king with her mother. Food was great. Breakfast was good and the staff were great even though they had to many parties at the same time amd the ice machine broke with no cocktails but the heat was ridiculous so you cant blame them. Our first room was very warm and we could leave the window open due to being on the road side. We were moved into a different room for the following nights. The outdoor area could do with a clean up. The room was cozy, with the radiator keeping it warm and comfortable. The decor was nice, though there were some signs of wear and tear, such as a few holes in the walls. The bathroom was spacious, but privacy could be improved. One downside was the view from room 5, which faced a car dealership with bright floodlights that the curtains didn’t fully block at night. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
