Great, very central location, lovely room, comfortable bed. Free parking space was a bonus (need to pre-book space). I happened to arrive in Chester before checkin time hoping to find somewhere to have an on-line meeting. Although you can easily checkin and access the property without needing staff assistance, there was staff present when I arrived. I wanted just to mention that the two staff members I came across were exceptionally friendly and helpful and let me both get into the room and park earlier than checkin time. So thanks for that! Will definitely use The Seven again when in Chester

Slight issue with a bin not being emptied from previous guests when we arrived which was rectified within minutes of contacting the owners. Bottle of prosecco left for us as a goodwill gesture. Excellent service
