"This was our second time staying at Paniolo Greens. We first visited in April 2021. The experience was wonderful! Spacious suites with all the amenities. Full kitchen with cooking utensils, even a Washer and Dryer! The place is scheduled for a much need upgrade but everything was clean and well appointed. Please note, the suites are not cleaned during your stay, but towels and supplies are replenished if requested. The Pools and Hot Tub are nice and there are BBQ Grills as well as a small Game Room and Gym. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Bottom line, I would definitely stay there again. Great Value for the price 👌 "

"My husband, adult son and I spent close to a week in Hawaii. The condo was very pleasant and the hosts were very accommodating. Enjoyed eating out on patio & all the birds——turkeys too!!! "

"Easy check-in directions. The ocean view is terrific and the property had everything to make a very nice vacation. The club access (golf, pool and tennis/pickle ball) across the street was enjoyable. A nice grocery store and restaurants 5 minutes away. Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea and Hapuna resorts/beaches were a short drive away. Also, an easy 25-30 minute drive from Kona airport. "

"We loved the view from the deck and the outdoor kitchen on the deck. The view was amazing as was the sunrise's. We spent our first day just relaxing on the property and cooking at the cottage. Jim and Kim have created a fantastic Hawaiian getaway with lovely art."

"There was no coffee available. The lobby wasn't going to open until 10:00 a.m., and though it looked like they would have coffee there, none was available, nor was it the afternoon/evening before. Very disappointed about that. Otherwise the place was lovely."

"We loved the condo. It is very private, backing to open space where we saw wild goats, turkeys and a variety of birds daily. All of the neighbors are quiet, no music, just the sound of the birds and goats bleating. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a grill on the patio (private, not shared.) There is a locker on the patio with beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We didn’t use the pool but observed many families swimming and splashing about. There is a local grocery store that you can walk to and the prices are the same and sometimes lower than Safeway. Stasha, the local property manager, checked in with us and answered any questions we had quickly - she is amazing! We found a fantastic Italian restaurant (also within walking distance) Pugel’s Osteria. We definitely needed a car to drive to the beaches, volcano, etc. but you can walk around the neighborhood. We had such a nice experience!Thank you for sharing your condo with us!"
