Niagara Fallsview Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I was really impressed with the service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, clean & cozy. Pillow & beds were very comfortable. You do not hear any noise coming from the other rooms or hallway. Our hotel maid made sure we had everything & went out and beyond to get what we needed. The best part of our stay, we were upgraded to have a view of the waterfalls. The one thing I would recommend is changing the sofa bed to a more cozy one so that guests don’t feel the springs. But overallI with all honesty I don’t have anything to complain, service was impeccable & that’s what makes it a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to all the staff!! We will stay here again no doubt 🙂"

Great Wolf Lodge Niagara Falls

"Was a great clean look outside of the room. Really great. But inside the room I had a sink that wouldn’t drain. I had a bathroom bathtub that filled up as you took a shower….the water couldn’t drain fast enough and was up to my ankles in dirty water. The shower curtain smelled of mildew. The pull out bed was broken…had to move broken bars around to get the bed open. And the mattress was useless…like laying on two bars all night. But really…everything else at the lodge was awesome. So clean and rustic. Loved it all except my room."

Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls

"Our stay at Niagra Falls Marriott on the Falls was absolutely fabulous. We opted to upgrade our King Falls View room to a suite for a nominal fee, and we did not regret the decision at all. The entire front portion of the suite was ceiling to floor windows with, of course, an unobstructed view of the American and Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The suite also contained a small kitchen and dining area, whirlpool tub and shower, and separate bedroom you could close off, but it also had a window to view the Falls from the bedroom! The suite was very clean. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. We ate at Milestones restaurant a few times and the food was very good. We also had drinks at the bar one evening and it had a nice, friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to any travelers who wish to take advantage of the jaw-dropping views of the Falls at a reasonable price."

"Room was spacious and very clean with view of the Falls!! Excelllent location close to many attractions and activites in the city. Breafast buffet on 13 th floor while viewing the Falls was amazing !"

Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel

"I liked being able to park vehicle right out front the hotel, steps away from entrance, though there was a hefty parking fee for it, I also was surprised we were able to get into our room at 2 pm, and could have parked still until 4 pm the next day if we wanted to. The room was nice, cool, hair dryer worked well, and there was even an nespresso machine with four capsules. We did not use cause I don’t drink coffee but still. There was a foyer inside the hotel room where the bathroom was, this extra space can be used to leave shoes and luggage. It’s also where the coffee machine was located, shower water pressure was strong. Plenty of towels, two water bottles. Beds were soft but turning does not disturb your partner. We had some view of the falls. We did not pick that. Restaurants are right below the hotel. The keg and another one, there also is a Starbucks inside and lots more restaurants outside, right across casino. You can walk to casino indoors if you choose. 20 min or less walk to the falls. Last minute trip but great choice."

"The remote control of the TV was not working. I need to call reception at 12 AM to ask for assistance to switch off the TV. The employee was nice and respectful."
