« The unit was incredibly close to UCSD, had many great restaurants nearby, was about 20 minutes away from many great attractions such as SeaWorld, The San Diego Zoo, The San Diego Air and Space Museum, and Coronado Island. The unit is 20 minutes away from the San Diego International Airport, 30 minutes away from the San Diego Wild Animal Park. The unit was a nice size for me and two young children. The pull-out sofa bed was pretty good. The unit had everything that I needed to prepare meals...

« Beany’s place worked great for our recent trip to San Diego. The location was perfect. It was close to all the main attractions (Zoo, Sea World, beaches, etc). The condo had plenty of room for 5. My two kiddos loved the pool in the evenings. »

« I stayed in this apartment for two and a half months while attending a UCSD course at Extended Studies, and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—just a 20–25 minute walk to UCSD and very convenient for restaurants and high-quality supermarkets nearby. The unit is right in front of the pool and it’s extremely quiet and peaceful, as the entire complex.Iris and Joe are excellent hosts: very respectful of privacy, attentive, and welcoming.The reality turned out to be far better...

« It's been one of the best vacation home experiences for us. Cozy and fully equipped house welcomed us. Every detail was well thought out, like kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, clean sheets and towels. I have to mention saparetely quality and comfortable two queen beds. « Stayed here for a month and loved the property. It was very clean and well equipped for everything needed for a home away from home.
Jane was a great host and communication with her was excellent. The apartment was on the highest floor and is so quiet and cozy. The only one thing I wish it had more for me as long term guest was more closet space. Overall, very much enjoyed my stay! »
