8.6/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
I really enjoyed my stay in the junior suite. My room was great and excellent value for money. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Always seemed to go out of their way to help. The Restraunt was fine.
The hotel is apparently quite old. However, I can see the hotel has spent lots of money and effort on modernizing it that I wouldn't even know. A small criticism I do have is that water leaks out of the door when showering because the water doesn't drain quickly enough.
The pool is small but ideal for sun bathing. Staff were attentive if you wanted to order food or drink. And pool toilets were always kept clean and tidy. So the reason why this hotel gets a 4 star rather than 5 from me is because the only place I could get good wifi was by the pool, even though my room was on the pool level. In my room, the wifi would work for a couple minutes max before ceasing to exist for the next 45 minutes, at least. This made wifi completely useless, and I had to pay extra charges to use my mobile internet abroad. I will be staying here again next year and hope this issue is resolved.

8/10 Very Good! (30 reviews)
Convenient to transportation, stores and business district. Clean rooms and comfortable room size. TV is not user-friendly to set up wifi. Step by step instruction should be provided so porter is not needed when unit has been reset. Setting up date and time to match available password in not intuitive. Netflix was not useable as 1 user locked out all other users with password. Hotel bathroom needs 1/2 size water- resistant curtan to cover toilet during showers.
