"Great location , and might return , ac units didn’t cool rooms down as well as other Marriott locations I have been to. However I don’t want to make something out of nothing just became difficult for myself and my wife to sleep good. For a quick overnight it did what it needed, staff was very friendly "
"We attended an event at the convention center and decided to book a hotel the evening prior to the convention. All other hotels were out of rooms so we stumbled across this one. We are so glad we did though! Hotel is very clean and staff were extremely kind and friendly. Due to me rushing to book a room, I accidentally booked a queen bed and we prefer a king. Expedia wanted to charge a ton to upgrade, so I waited and asked during check in. The woman who checked us in was able to do so at a much more fair price. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet, and there was a wedding there so I was worried it would be noisy but it wasn’t!
The only confusion we had upon arrival was parking. We must’ve circled the block 6-7 times missing the loading/unloading zone because it was full. The nearby parking garage said monthly parking which didn’t sound like the right place to park. I didn’t know it, but the email with all this info was sent to me 2 hours prior to check in, and due to travel and how busy we were, I wasn’t checking email that close to check in. However once we got a spot in the loading zone, staff handed us directions to the parking garage at check in which ended up being the monthly garage, so that was what confused us as the website doesn’t mention the monthly parking.
The wedding party blocked the garage entrance however, so feel wedding parties need be told the garage is for everyone.
I would recommend this hotel though, we enjoyed our stay! "
"We had a great time here! Mello(w) checked us in and out at the front desk and they were fun and enthusiastic! Hannah was a great bartender, we loved watching them work and chatting. Such a fun and unique hotel, I highly recommend staying here. We also ate at Penny Lane right across the street. And Broad Street is just a short walk away."
"Beautiful property. Great customer service in every department. This property is well maintained and is beautiful throughout. Food at the restaurant was very good with great service. This was one of my favorite hotels I have visited throughout the world. High tea was very nice. I will return"
"Great stay, very clean, spacious room. Very pleasant all around with friendly customer service. Breakfast didn’t accommodate for allergies. Lots of cross contamination. Had to go elsewhere for food."
