"Location"

"Everything was great. However, the hotel restaurant was closed due to renovations. A slight inconvenience, but the hotel is located near some very nice restaurants. Our room appeared to be recently renovated and we enjoyed the decor as well as all of the amenities."

"Poor check in. Had to wait for hours. Fire alarm went off from 12 am - 2 am."

"The Marriott Hotel in downtown Richmond is in an excellent location to visit the city and take in its history and culture. This is an older property and it does occasionally show its age at times. We did find the staff to be very helpful in addressing and resolving any issues that arose. They made our stay very pleasant and we would definitely return there."
