"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Comfort Inn in Orillia thanks to Alex at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Alex was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable, but Alex truly goes above and beyond. Their customer service was exceptional — friendly, efficient, and thoughtful in every interaction. They made the check-in process seamless and were happy to answer questions and ensure everything about my stay was perfect. Alex is a fantastic representative of the Comfort Inn brand, and their positive attitude really stood out.
