Hard to tell what we enjoyed more - the view with morning coffee over still waters from the screen porch or from the top level of the dock. Bass were breaking the top of the water in the cove early a.m. Our boat depth finder measured 25+ feet deep at the end of the dock so flips off the top level were awsum. There was ample seating in the living room which was great for playing games and hanging out. There are two additional living areas for people to hang out and enjoy.
