« This home was clean and the quiet location was great, as well as proximity to the highway. Communication with the owner was excellent. However, there is a stale, strong lived-in odor to the home that is reminiscent of your grandparents’ house. All bath towels, the stained and torn master carpet, and pilling couch are way past needing replaced and give a shabby appearance to the home. The bathrooms remain in their original design for the era of the home, which while being well maintained, could...

« The room was very quiet and spacious. The location was great. Cleaning could step up some. It was only surface clean. The comforter insert (between sheets) could use a good wash.(showed very noticeable dirt) The fabric sofa could use a good cleaning; sofa arms were very soiled. And shower could use some mildew spray.
Not sure I’ll stay there again. For the price payed, I’d expect more cleanliness. »
