"First room had blood stains on the sheet, hair and gunk in the floor. Second room smelled like dog and had something splattered and stuck to the side of the tub. Hot tub was broken, pool was missing several tiles but otherwise clean and functional though barely lit at night. Vending machine sold hot drinks. Breakfast was great though."

"When you drive into the parking lot you have to push a button for a ticket (it clearly states it costs $20 to park on their property overnight, even if you are a hotel guest). The line to the front desk for check-in stretches halfway across the atrium, it takes well over 30 minutes to stand in line and get up to the front desk (this is apparently normal for them because there was a line during our entire stay each time we went past the front desk). We finally get to the front and speak to a human being and are promptly told that our king-size room wasn’t ready yet and they would call us when it was. So we got out of line and waited in some seats in the atrium for about 50 minutes (at this point I called hotels.com and they couldn’t reach the front desk by phone). We got back in line for another 30 minutes. Finally got our room key! Room was beautiful. We stayed ONE NIGHT and when we left we were held prisoner in their parking lot unless we paid $100 for parking for ONE NIGHT!! We tried to back up and go talk to someone, but alas…. another backed-up 30 minute line at the front desk! We ended up paying the $100 at the exit machine just to buy our freedom. We called the hotel and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Called Hilton Member # (we have a membership btw), they got hotel to call us. The hotel staff was extremely rude and didn’t help at all!!! This Huntsville Hilton must be the leader in DEI hires! Didn’t Earn It & don’t know what they’re doing. Very bad experience!!!"

"The best part of my stay at this hotel was definitely the bed it was so comfortable, the mattress was amazing 😩 I also loved being able to sit outside and just relax while looking at the lake. That view alone made it worth it. They have a bar downstairs, or you can stay upstairs at JP’s, eat, and grab a drink if you want. And listen… the burgers are 🔥 real beef, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in years!"

"Getting to the room was very difficult. I was staying for an early morning flight. I had to park in a distant parking lot and carry my luggage to the hotel (a good 150yards). Wake up call was incorrect on time. The only good thing was that the hotel is in the actual airport terminal."

"We enjoyed our stay and the location of the hotel. The room and amenities were excellent. The staff was friendly and inviting. The only small critique would be the hallway and patio area could use a little attention for cleanliness, but other than that we were very happy and will seek this hotel out again whenever we arein town."
