« The desk clerk had a lot of issues with what the room should provide for sleeping. Took three phone calls to "managers". Had to wait a good while to even check in because there were issues with the three people ahead of me. The room was really damp even though it seemed brand new. The carpet felt almost wet. It is a fairly new hotel so I expected a little better service and a "dry" room. »

« We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter.
