The second full bath is conveniently located between the bedrooms. The loft has twin bunk beds and twin trundle. The only steps were from the top dock to the bottom dock, which was a unique bonus for the Smith Lake area rentals. The quiet location was perfect for my crew who love to kayak. Two full size bathrooms, three bedrooms and another sleeping area for kids, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, fully staffed kitchen and very nice open plan layout between kitchen, dining and living rooms. Direct access from the house onto the dock was one of the major reasons we picked this place. The upper platform of the dock allowed our sons to do some insane and fun dives. The owner allowed us to use their kayaks, which was a lot of fun. We rented a jet-ski for a day and it was awesome addition to our getaway.
