"This is truly the worst service hotel. The room cleaning was poor, and the breakfast restaurant was the worst. When we ordered breakfast, they delivered it to the wrong place. When we told them it was our order, they denied it. We received our ordered breakfast 40 minutes later. When I tried to make a complaint at the reception, they ignored me, saying they couldn't understand my pronunciation. I even showed them the word 'complaint,' but they just ignored it. I never received a proper apology. When I sent an email complaint, they apologized, but the staff who caused the problem never apologized when they saw us. It is a hotel with the worst service. I don't think I will ever go to a Hilton again."
