« Overall, stay was ok. Breakfast was NOT EDIBLE. Literally nothing was fresh or edible, including the watery waffle mix. Asked employees for help, a young man (probably 18) came to change the waffle mix but after 10 mins of waiting for him to bring fresh mix out we decided to just drive to the CFA for breakfast. Very disappointing since we were in a crunch for time and hadn't planned to drive offsite for breakfast! Do better Hilton.
First room we were given had a mattress pad being used instead...

« As we entered the property, the common ground was unkept and the swimming pool was unsightly (very dirty and dark), Upon checking into the room, it was undone with luggage and clothes spread out everywhere. We went back to the desk and told the young lady about it. She and I went back to the room (106) and when entering, she was perplexed. We went back to the desk. It took her some time to figure out how to resolve the matter since the hotel was sold out. After a short while, she moved us...

The room was decent for the price, but I did see one bug..... I understand that happens sometimes, but the staff's lack of professionalism caused the little things to stand out more. »
