You will hear footsteps upstairs but we are very respectful when we have guests. \*\*NO PARTIES or Other Guests allowed There is a beautiful view of the valley and sunrise from the patio and living room. At night you can see glimpses of the lights from downtown Victoria. There is also a propane fire table and an outdoor couch for the use of suite guests.
