She had information about different restaurants, stores and things to do near by, had print outs about things around the house and a check out list to help everything go smoothly, she even had a generous wine basket set up when we first got there and even had cinnamon rolls for in the morning."

6.2 out of 10, (90 reviews)
"The room was very nice overall, nice chairs, table for luggage, nice desk, very comfortable bed.
ISSUES: No hair dryer, no towel racks, bathroom door hook was installed way too high/at the top of the door, the sink would barely/only slowly drain which was gross, (thank you for the Kleenexes and lots of towels). At check-in, they should inform you how to get to the back parking lot and this lot needs to be re-paved."

Breakfast was great. Washrooms were clean and room were spacious. They are really levelling up the hotel. They said they are new owners. Looks like they are taking care of property better than before, I think I stayed 2 years ago. If you are coming near charlotte area would recommend staying here.
