We had a really fast and easy check in. The hotel was quiet so we rested well and had a nice breakfast before continuing our trip. We would certainly stay here again.

Two nights stay. Staff was very helpful and ensured my needs were met. Quiet location with many food options within a few miles. Continental breakfast item selection is good.

Great staff. Lasting impression of the smell of the lobby, it smelled nice. Beds were comfy enough. Everything was clean upon arrival. Breakfast could have included cheese and bagels but that’s just my opinion.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great! However, there was no air conditioning when you entered the lobby and it had a funky smell. The breakfast was not much to write home about; no peanut butter, only jam, and I found the artificial eggs to be unpleasant. I don’t think I’d stay again.

Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and our event. The only complaint is their parking lot has large holes in places and is a bit crowded when people park in front of the loading/entrance doors

Breakfast was great. Washrooms were clean and room were spacious. They are really levelling up the hotel. They said they are new owners. Looks like they are taking care of property better than before, I think I stayed 2 years ago. If you are coming near charlotte area would recommend staying here.

Room was decent enough, although no stopper for the tub and noisy fan in bathroom. Pool looked poorly maintained and was dark. But room cleanliness and breakfast was good

Overall, the property was fine. Room was clean; staff was friendly; location was right off the highway (convenient); and the area was safe. My only criticism was that the A/C in the lobby either wasn't on or wasn't working, so it was quite warm. Fortunately, the A/C in my room was just fine. I would stay again if I needed a place to stay in that area.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the young man running the front desk (and operating everything at breakfast). He obviously takes great care in his job and wants to make sure customers are well taken care of, which is always good to see. The building is aged, but appropriate for the price, especially with the service provided.
